8201aa30bd Add a MPIRUN_OPTIONS environment variable when using the runParallel shell function. 
When using OpenMPI 3.1.0, one could specify the runtime parameter '-oversubscribe' to mpirun

7d236049a5 ThirdParty: gcc 4.8.4 and gcc 4.9.2. 
We are fixing here a relatively old bug related to the compilation of gmp as an
internal package of gcc.
Basically, gcc is using an oldish version of gmp.
This fix is correcting a well-known configuration error when gmp is compiled
as an internal package to gcc.
The bug do manifest itself under Centos 6.2.
