Opencv eigen (#6014)

* Added a package for the MDAnalysis toolkit.

* Changed dependency for the eigen library to not include support for
multiple-precision (arbitrary-precision) floating point arithmetic,
since OpenCV does not support these data types.

* Fixed incorrect implementation
